At Kakao, I worked on AI products such as translation and OCR, and learned what it takes to apply technology to real problems. I later joined an early stage investment firm, where I worked closely with many teams and explored which problems were truly worth focusing on. That journey led me to start my first company, Amondy. Through that experience, I learned that choosing what the market genuinely needs matters more than choosing what I personally want to solve.
Today, I’m building an AI native Shopify, with the goal of using AI to eliminate the repetitive and complex work that ecommerce teams face every day.
